Mustard Magic Cream Recipe

This mustard cream blends three distinct mustards with lightly whipped cream to create a smooth, flavorful accompaniment that’s both bold and refined. Its velvety texture and vibrant kick make it perfect for grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or as a standout condiment at any Nordic-inspired meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ dl heavy whipping cream

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp Scanian mustard (a Swedish coarse, sweet mustard)

  • 1 tsp unsweetened coarse mustard

  • 1 tsp Colman’s mustard powder

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Lightly whip the cream, add the remaining ingredients, and stir until combined.
